Site Overview

Just a short distance from the Peak District, the park is the perfect location for enjoying walking, climbing, cycling, bird watching and fishing holidays. Riddings Wood offers the best of both worlds, being peacefully located in the countryside but with quick and easy access from the park to Derby, Nottingham and Mansfield.

Electric Hook Up (EHU) is £6 pupn extra payable on arrival should you require it. £12pupn is the site fee.

Arriving on site - You must report to the meet steward, have your membership card/s ready. The steward will take your details
and guide you to your ‘pitch’.

Approaching the site - As we are now using what3words to pinpoint our sites, navigation should be much easier and accurate. However to help spot the site as you approach, we place signs to let you know you are close by and to help guide you. Site entrances can be hard to spot so we also try to put a feather flag at the entrance so you don't drive past.

Directions / Restrictions (where neccessary)

From the M1 (North/South) exit at Junction 27 and take the A608 Heanor. Turn right onto the B600 for Alfreton/Selston and follow the B600 before turning left onto the B6016 Jacksdale. Follow the B6016 and Riddings Wood is on the right hand side.
