Site Overview

Live Entertainment, Bonfire & Fireworks, Strange Company will be playing Friday, and Spektrum will be headlining on Saturday!

This is Derbyshire DA's biggest meet of the year, where 140 caravans and 400 campers meet for the best bonfire, firework display and entertainment of the year. The weekend is usually packed with a full schedule of events from the moment you arrive on Friday until you leave on Sunday morning/afternoon. Further details will be added nearer to the time.

The site is a very large site, located at the Ukrainian Youth Associaton of Great Britain complex. The site has a huge hall to meet in throughout the weekend. Its a great place to walk, with the canal backing on the site as well as being situated in the quiet village of Weston on Trent.

Weston on Trent boast a famous pub call The
Coopers Arms (https://coopers-arms.co.uk) which has a lot of heritage as well as its now fishing lake.

The fees stated assume no more than 2 adults per unit maximum per night. If there are anymore adults wishing to attend/camp in your unit, they are to be charged an additional £10 per unit per night AND must be a Camping and Caravanning Club member as this is a "meet".

Arriving on site - You must report to the meet steward, have your membership card/s ready. The steward will take your details
and guide you to your ‘pitch’.

Approaching the site - As we are now using what3words to pinpoint our sites, navigation should be much easier and accurate. However to help spot the site as you approach, we place signs to let you know you are close by and to help guide you. Site entrances can be hard to spot so we also try to put a feather flag at the entrance so you don't drive past.
