Valentines Meet and AGM - Copt Oak Feb 2011
The AGM was well attended by Derbyshire DA members co-opted and non members.It was followed Saturday evening with a Valentines Evening for the 24 units camping. A group photo of the 2011 committee was taken, and the committee were introduced by the new chairman Patrick Jackson.
The evening was started off by Dorothy and a game of card bingo, thanks again Dorothy. This was followed by a Mr And Mrs contest, with 5 sets of contestants, and some very revealing questions and even more revealing answers, three couples eventually tying, so the competition went to a dance off, with the eventual winners being decided by the audience and a clap-o-meter.
The prize was a dinner for 2 anywhere any time. (see the photo).
Paul Slater provided a selection of music throughout the evening. And the evening ended with a little bit of dancing. Thanks to everyone involved in the background for making a successful meet.
